Motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and boat or utility trailers: we check yours once a month at home or in storage in Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and nearby, and keep it ready for the road.
Watch: $60 a month
A monthly walk-around:
- Tires: cracks, bulges, pressure and DOT age
- Battery voltage, house and breakaway
- Body, seals and roof edges from the ground
- Leaks, water stains and mildew inside
- Pests: droppings, nests, chewed wires
- Covers, tarps, wheel chocks and the hitch lock
- A visit report to you, with anything noticeable
Check: $120 a month
Everything in Watch, plus hands-on checks once a month:
- Tire pressure set to spec; lug nuts torqued; hubs and bearings checked
- Brakes, breakaway switch and all lights tested
- Battery terminals cleaned and the charger checked
- RVs: roof and seals up close, slide-outs run and lubricated
- RVs: A/C, furnace and fridge run, propane leak check, water system and tanks
- Trailers: safety chains, winch strap, rollers or bunks
Add-ons and one-off services
- Generator run under load: $40 per visit
- Motorhome engine run: $40 per visit
- Tire pressure top-up: $30
- One-time check visit or get-it-ready visit before a trip: $95
- Battery replacement: $95 an hour, half-hour minimum, plus the battery at retail plus 10%
Stormwatch, in every plan
Before and after high wind or heavy rain: awning retracted, slides in, roof vents closed, covers and tie-downs secure, and a leak check afterwards.
Maintenance arranged for you
Roof resealing, bearing service, brakes, generator and chassis service: we gather quotes, lay out your options and book the work with qualified technicians and mechanics once you approve.
Your RV or trailer in the app
A full profile (slides, roof, generator, tanks, tires, hitch and tow vehicle), checklists that fit your rig, a before-every-trip checklist for you, and reminders for registration and the service dates you or your shop set.

Do you come to storage lots?
Yes. We visit your RV or trailer at home or in storage in South Orange County. Let us know how we get access and we will arrange it with you.
Do you run the generator or engine every visit?
Only if you add it. Running a generator or a motorhome engine takes real time, so each is a $40 per visit add-on.
Do you tow or drive my RV?
No. We check and look after it where it is kept, and book qualified pros for work that needs a shop.
Which RVs do you look after?
Class A, B and C motorhomes, truck campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and pop-ups, plus boat and utility trailers.
